This week I'll be doing a side-by-side comparison of two drugstore foundations.

This would be the biggest downfall of drugstore makeup: you have to purchase the product to test the shades. As you can see, the Revlon is a bit too dark and grey against my skin. For me, the Covergirl is more suitable with its brightness and yellow undertones. I might've been happier with a shade lighter for the Revlon.

Texture, Scent, Application, and Finish:

Covergirl -- Liquid foundation with a loose, water-like texture. Scentless. Applies smoothly (like a primer would). One layer would provide medium coverage, but easily buildable to heavier coverage if desired. Pleasantly soft and dewy finish, not oily. Setting powder is optional.

Revlon -- "Whipped" creme foundation with an interesting bouncy feel. Strong chemical, vinyl scent. Airier than normal creme foundations, allowing for easier application. Single layer provides medium to heavy coverage, further buildable by layering. Finish is a bit sticky and requires a setting powder.

The Verdict

When comparing product availability, price-per-oz, shade, and overall quality, I would have to say the Covergirl 3-in-1 liquid foundation is the definite winner! Not only does it have a larger range of available shades, but the consistency and finish are a lot more pleasant than that of the Revlon Colorstay whipped creme foundation.

Now, don't get me wrong. These are wonderful drugstore foundations and I would highly recommend both! I just happen to prefer foundations that are more watery in texture as that seems to apply better on my skin. Also, the Revlon Colorstay foundation has this really unpleasant chemical scent which I can't stand (if you're sensitive to fragrance in makeup, this foundation is not for you).

Sometimes I like to mix the foundations, which I highly recommend as the liquid primer-like consistency of the Covergirl 3-in-1 loosens the Revlon Colorstay. The result is a thicker, but still easily applicable liquid foundation!

Stay beautiful,

Hello beautiful people!

My glam bag for the month of March came quite early (as it did last month) -- ipsy is sending out bags on a more timely manner now, and surely I'm impressed!

This month's theme is "The Great Escape" -- apropros this month's products are all travel-friendly. Both the product card and bag are super adorable nautical themed (the bag is designed with vertical white-and-blue stripes entangled with anchors and rope). HOW CUTE!

The first product I pulled out from the bag was the Juice Beauty Hydrating Mist (deluxe sample/travel size). I've tried their CC cream from a previous birchbox and did not like it, largely due to the scent. Since Juice Beauty is certified organic and paraben-free, I was concerned the mist might have an off-putting scent as well. But lo and behold, it doesn't! Though it has a strong rose (floral, almost medicinal) scent, it dissipates quickly.

The next product is the Travel-Lite Makeup Remover Wipes packet from LA Fresh. I'm not entirely familiar with the brand, but I think I've seen it around in Target.. In any case, this packet includes a generous 8 wipes. Reminiscent of baby wipes, they have a mild but fresh scent.

I received two Yaby eyeshadows in the shade "So Vein" and "Sand Dune". I'm not quite bold enough to pull off such a powerful emerald green (it's the color of the year), but I'll most definitely use the dark tan shade as an everyday lid color!

The last item of the bag is the highly anticipated magnetic makeup pallet from GlamRX! I don't own anything of the like, but the basic idea is to store depotted eyeshadows, blushes, etc. and change them around according to your needs. The two Yaby shadows, for instance, can be placed in the pallet and magnetically held (as seen in the picture above, right).

I have a feeling the next few glam bags might include more "depotted" shadows that we could collect in the pallet... but who knows? :)

Technically, this month's bag includes 5 products. But.. it's debatable as I would consider the two eyeshadows as one sample (they were of the same brand). Certainly compared to glam bags of the previous months, this month's bag is less impressive considering both product quality and quantity. Nevertheless, I'm content with the originality of the products (believe it or not, beauty sample subscriptions can get very predictable and boring).

Without a doubt, I'll be using every single item in the bag so I think it's worth it!

What do you think about this month's glam bag? Are you also an ipsy subbie? If so, which color shadows did you get? Please share!

Hope you all have a blessed week!

Did everyone enjoy the mean green weekend (aka St. Patrick's Day)? If you're of age, hope you were having fun responsibly! haha :)

Goodness, it's already March! I tell you, soon enough we'll all be shedding our bleak winter layers to prance around in those colorful summer dresses and teeny tiny yellow polka dot bikinis! (Spring break, anyone?!)

So today, I'd very appropriately like to share how I deal with body acne, specifically those on the back and chest area. After all, you want to glow in beautiful smooth skin to lure those hunky men on hot Miami sand! ;)

For one, I'm thankful for the lack of facial acne (minus the occasional hormonal pimples). However in the recent months, I've been getting irritable body acne on my upper/mid back and chest areas. Not much has changed in my life, so I'd have to think the sudden outbreak of these annoying red pustules is due to the cold, dry winter here in NY. *sad face*

I did find some drugstore products that seem to assuage the problem areas. Here they are --

My remedy starts in the shower with Neutrogena's Body Clear Body Wash. This particular bottle is brand new -- the one I'm currently using is the Pink Grapefruit Wash and it smells absolutely divine! The original orange wash smells more medicinal, but I wanted to give both products a try :)

The wash didn't really work to lessen the body acne by itself, but used in conjunction with the Neutrogena's Body Clear Body Spray, it works wonderfully!

This spray is an absolute miracle worker as my back acne (or bacne) totally cleared with it! It has a 360 spraying range which is very convenient when spraying your own back. Now, take note that it takes a while for the spray to show its effects. Be patient and consistent with the spray, and I guarantee you'll see results within 2 weeks!

I'd say avoid spraying it on your face, though you may be tempted. It's only 0.5% salicylic acid, but it's a body spray after all..

I came to the unfortunate realization that my chest acne (which is more obvious than my back acne as I wear low cut tops time to time) is a lot more stubborn than my back acne. UGH! In search for a stronger dose of salicylic acid, I ended up finding this Spot Lotion from Clearasil.

A Word of Warning: The active ingredient is 2% salicylic acid, so it can be drying on the skin. During the first week of use, my skin was quite irritable and itchy due to the lotion. I soon realized, and started applying it less often (once every two days).

When used correctly (and in moderation), this lotion is great for those stubborn, raw cystic acne types!

Now, acne scarring is a whole other issue! I now realize cystic acne leaves behind stubborn hyper-pigmentation (more apparent on light skin-tones), and it's very annoying! :(
If you know a good way of getting rid of acne triggered hyper-pigmentation, please leave a comment and let us know!

Hope you found this information helpful!

Have a lovely, beautiful week :):):)

So like I've mentioned in my January 2013 birchbox post, this will be my last birchbox.

I personally didn't find most of the boxes to be worth $10 nor did I really enjoy the samples that I received. Another issue I have with birchbox is inequitable distribution of boxes -- some boxes of the month look AMAZING while others are lackluster. Of course, I never get my hands on one of the better boxes (except for maybe my first birchbox). It's silly to compare, but it does feel unfair when you see others receiving better products when we all pay the same price!

Anyways, here is what I got for this month --

Product list (from left-to-right):

Ojon - Volume Advance Thickening Spray

twistband - Thick Headband

Color Club - Nail Polish in Mamba

Juicy Couture - Couture La La

Ghirardelli Chocolate (this month's lifestyle extra, or as they say, "treat")

To be honest, this wasn't a bad box.. but again, does this look worth $10 to you?! The Ojon is a deluxe sample size, the twistband headband is from a six-pack, the Color Club polish is a mini, the perfume is absolutely free in stores like Sephora (oh, the shame!), and the Ghirardelli was one unimpressive square of chocolate (I hate caramel). Technically, I only got 4 items and NONE were full size!

Now if I were to calculate the retail price of my box, I don't think it would exceed $10. So if you're considering subscription or already are subscribe to birchbox, I'd say be wary of the price value of the boxes.

Here is the description card, in case you wanted to see product details --

And there you have it. This is my official goodbye to birchbox and BOY do I feel good! Matter of fact, it feels like I'm getting out of a toxic relationship -- if it don't work, drop it! BAM, life lesson.

Have a beautiful week :)
Wow, it's super windy and chilly here in the East Coast.. I hope everyone bundles up and keeps warm! Also, a word of warning: watch out for flying trash (I got hit by an empty Starbucks cup lol)!
My ipsy/my glam bag arrived quite early this month, specifically on the 12th. Let's see what goodies were included in this month's bag :)

Though I don't know much about this brand, face primers are always a welcome addition to my makeup collection! The "pore minimizing" promise leaves much to be desired, but the primer does a good job overall preparing the face for foundation. The off putting plastic scent quickly dissipates after application. A great formula without parabens or sulfates, this primer deserves a 4/5.

I'm not a big eye shadow wearer, but I love testing colors and this Coastal Scents quad is too cute to resist! I received the quad "In the Spotlight" which includes very neutral, wearable colors. Three shadows are glittery and one (Sunbeam) is matte. Dark Goldenrod and Golden Globe had the best color pay offs, while Dark Golden Olive and Sunbeam took quite some rubbin'.. therefore I give this product a 3.5/5.

Now I'm not totally disappointed that I got a eyeliner brush in my last glam bag! I had much anticipation about this product as I always wanted to try the Mac gel eyeliner but never got around purchasing. If this eyeliner is full-size, it alone pays for this month's glam bag as it retails for $30! The consistency is very smooth and non-clumping and the shade is a true black. I'm just crossing my fingers that these won't dry out quickly like my Wet 'n Wild ones did! I give this a 5/5 :)

Am I the only one who finds this product wasteful? Don't get me wrong, I think it's brilliant and innovative.. but equally wasteful! I already use the namecard trick to avoid mascara smudging, which is all the Lash Card really is (but patented and officially "named"). But behold, there gleams a ray of hope! :) I happened to watch a YouTube review from a fellow glammie, and she recommended using these cards to hold down drying false lashes. ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT! For that, I give the Lash Card a 3/5 (I would've given it a 1/5 without the false lash compressor idea!).

Oh Lord, another mascara sample? While I love sampling new mascaras, I'm often afraid the ones I already have may dry up since I have so many! This particular mascara wasn't anything special -- a typical brush head with a thin formula (giving a great natural finish, but lacks its namesake "kapow"). I might get some use of it during lazy stay-at-home days, as I'd still want to pretty up a bit in case a friend or the bf shows up :) I give this mascara a 3/5.

I'm yet to be disappointed by ipsy. Though I don't need anymore makeup, I'd love to stay a subscriber as long as ipsy distributes great for-the-value bags like this!

I sincerely hope you found this post helpful :)
Everything from the Studio line was half off, so I had to pick up one of these e.l.f's so-called "Nars Orgasm and Laguna Duo" dupes. Now, I don't actually have the Nars duo for comparison. Daily Brush Cleaner & Makeup Mist -- both <strike>$3.00</strike> $1.50

I get lazy with my brushes and tend to wash them only once or twice a week (I know, it's a habit hard to break!), so the daily brush cleaner comes in handy. The makeup mist works beautifully in setting my foundation for a long day ahead!

Corrective Yellow Mineral Booster -- $5.00

This was my one "splurge" item as the discount didn't account for mineral line products. Even with foundation, the redness of my cheeks are hard to kill thanks to a skin condition I have called rosacea (if you'd like to know how I take care of my sensitive rosacea-prone skin, read this post)! Though this powder may look intimidatingly yellow as is, it's not at all obvious after blended into the skin -- plus, it does a great job toning down any redness on the face!

Lash & Brow Gel -- $1.00

The makeup remover pen is a must have for fixing late-night raccoon eyes and streaky foundation.

The eyebrow treat & tame is in the shade "dark". So far, it's proven to be a great tool for 'taming' the occasionally stray strands of brow hair!

The mascara primer is so-so. Too much and it'll make your mascara clump, so be careful!

The lash & brow gel wasn't exactly a necessity, but for a $1.00 why not? :)
FYI, I used the coupon code "ECD2" for 50% off all studio line products. This code should still be valid (I'm not sure till when). If you search the web, they have other great deals/coupons, but if you're purchasing mostly studio products like I have, this code will be your best bet :)

What you do think about my e.l.f haul? Are there any e.l.f cosmetics that you think are must-haves? I haven't purchased any lip or eye shadow colors and would love to get some recommendations!
Stay warm and safe (HELLO NEMO!),

Wow, it's already February. Happy Super Bowl Sunday! Who are you rooting for tonight? As always, I'm rooting for none other than the commercials haha :)

Anyways, my Zoya order just came in so I'll be doing a non-makeup non-skincare related post today. Nailcare is still considered beauty after all, right?

Being the shop savvy (more like poor premed) gal that I am, I took full advantage of Zoya's 3 free polish + $10 shipping and handling offer that was happening throughout December 2012. I personally think this was a great deal, considering how pricey their polishes retail for.

The shipping took quite a while (that's an understatement -- it took 5 weeks), but Zoya did give a fair warning to their customers about a 4 week projected delivery date. I guess this is the one downfall of getting "free" stuff!

Here are the 3 polishes I picked:

Shelby, Yummy, and Wednesday

Zoya polishes are non-toxic and free of toluene, formaldehyde, DBP (phthalates) and camphor (for those of you environment friendly ladies).

Unfortunately, the new Spring 2013 collection was not a part of the deal. Without the restrictions, I would've chosen all 3 polishes from the new collection as all the colors are absolutely stunning!

I chose what I thought were good spring/summer colors from past collections, though it's still full-blown wintertime here in the East Coast. Seeing these bring poppy colors just make me feel so warm and bubbly inside! :)

Shelby -- bubble gum pink that I'd imagine my Barbie doll from the yesteryears would wear. Very cute and none like what I have, so I just had to get it!

Yummy -- robin egg blue that screams beaches and picnics. I fell in love with this color at first sight and had to put it on immediately. The color pay off is true-to-bottle, if anything a slight darker on the nails. Here is a photo:

Wednesday -- reminiscent of OPI's Thanks A Windmillion, but brighter and cuter. Nuff said.

What do you think about the colors I got? And if you got the Zoya deal like I have, which colors have you gotten? I would love to know!

I received my glam bag mid-month, as I always do. I saw the sneak previews and was super excited about all of the products (minus the nailtini polish), and was absolutely thrilled to see there wasn't another eyeliner or lipgloss thrown in. Don't get me wrong, a girl loves her liners and glosses, but one too many and it just seems plain wasteful!

The product list (from left-to-right):

Josie Maran 100% Pure Argan Oil

Nailtini Straight Up Color Nail Lacquer in Frappe

Pacifica Tuscan Blood Orange Mini Body Butter

Big Sexy Hair Spray & Play Volumizing Hairspray

SOHO London Eyeliner Brush

This month's bag was a navy blue nylon bag, reminiscent of Longchamp le pliage bags but thinner and more lightweight. Though it feels and looks a bit cheap, the bag will hold loads of makeup and product without adding bulk. It's a great makeup bag for ladies who lug their whole vanity around (don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with that!).

Now what do I think about the products?

The Josie Maran Argan oil is very well known skincare essential that I've always wanted to try, but just couldn't shell out the money for. The sample is pretty tiny -- a little over a week and I'm already halfway through the bottle. The oil itself is pretty much fragrance free and feels like.. well, an oil. I diligently used it on my cuticles and face, and though it works wonders on my cuticles, it make me break out on my face (T-zone area, specifically). This is really unfortunate as I have combination skin with severe dry spots that thirst for this stuff. As a result, I give the oil a fair 4/5.

The Nailtini polish is the one product I wasn't too hyped about, as a previous bag had one and I found the scent way too toxic and unpleasant. The color I received was "Frappe", a neutral sheer pink with creme finish. I love neutrals and cremes, but I DO NOT LOVE NAILTINI. My last sliver of hope was shattered once I opened the polish and the chemical toxicity creeped out of the bottle and stabbed at my olfactory receptors. I just.. can't. Sorry Nailtini, all your polishes get a 1/5 in my books, no matter how stunning the color.

The Pacifica body butter was as great smelling as some fellow glammies said -- citrusy, bitter-sour (like grapefruit), and fantabulously fresh! I used it in place of my regular hand cream throughout the past week, and I must say I simply don't get along with body butters. I've had a similar experience with The Body Shop's body butters, in that this stuff dries me out like crazy! Aren't butters supposed to be hydrating instead? Well my theory is that since butters don't absorb into skin but sit on top as a layer of protection, once it washes off, it rips you of your natural oils too. Unfortunately, I'm going back to my regular Johnson&Johnson hand lotion. This body butter gets a 3/5 (high points for smelling great!).

The Big Sexy Hair spray sounds like a great product (my thin, limp hair craves volume), but I haven't used it yet out of fear that it might stiffen my hair. I'll let you know how it is once I actually use it.

Last but not least, the SOHO eyeliner brush. First of all, I've seen this brand around in drugstores so it has a degree of familiarity. Though not high end, it seemed promising with its "ergonomic" grip handle and synthetic brush fibers. The eyeliner brush is full and semi-soft. One downfall is that it's not as thin as I'd like my eyeliner brushes to be. I think I would've been happier with the concealer brush.. oh well. This brush gets a 4/5.

Would I repurchase any of these? Yes, possibly the Argan oil as it works wonders for my cuticles!

I hope this review helped, whether you're contemplating about opening a glam bag or purchasing individual pieces!

Stay warm & beautiful (especially my East Coast sisters!),

Hey guys and gals!

So I figured I'd post every Sunday in the year 2013, though it wasn't a part of my initial list of resolutions. On a whim, I decided to make weekly posts for two reasons: (1) as a discipline to myself, being that I'm still fairly new to the blogging scene and (2) as a commitment to my lovely readers!

Today I wanted to share my January birchbox. Unfortunately, my excitement for birchbox ceases more and more as the months pass by.

As you can see, they're back to the regular good ol' cardboard boxes (though I never received their special December one...*sad face*).

The box had quite some weight to it and looked pretty full at first sight.

Here are the products unpacked. For reference, I received box #2 this month (from left-to-right):

Harvey Prince Skinny Chic

theBalm® cosmetics Hot Mama Shadow & Blush All-in-One

Fresh Lotus Moisturizer

Lashem Measurable Difference Lash Gel Serum

Number 4 Clarifying Shampoo

Now, I'm ambivalent about this box... I'm not entirely happy with the samples, but at the same time I do feel I received one of the better boxes of this month.

I must admit, this month's box was the last straw for me. Unfortunately, birchbox has deeply disappointed the past two months with tiny sample sizes and inequitable product distribution. I'll be unsubscribing after next month's box (I'm trying to collect and redeem 200 points -- I'd have to get my money back some how!).

The clarifying shampoo and lash gel serum are the first two products I tried.

The shampoo didn't smell great (almost reminded me of tawdry men's cologne), but did it's job in clarifying my scalp and softening my hair. I won't be repurchasing, however, as I already have a favorite clarifying shampoo (which I will share in a future post, hopefully).

I was actually excited for the lash gel serum, until I saw how utterly TINY the sample was. I used it 3 nights in a row, but didn't see any particular changes in my lash length/fullness. Now, I know these products don't work overnight and that's where my complaint comes in: how do they figure I use this serum for maximum x10 and decide whether or not I like it or not?! Smart move, birchbox and Lashem, real smart. You just lost a potential customer due to your stingy sampling ways.

The Harvey Prince fragrance was light, floral with high sour notes. Not my cup of tea, as I enjoy richer, sweeter floral scents. In all honesty, it smelled a bit cheap to me (sorry, Harvey Prince!).

The theBalm's Hot Mama shadow and blush came in an extremely cute magnetic package. I'd say the salmon-peach shade with gold shimmer flatters a large range of skintones. Can't really complain with this one.

The Fresh Lotus face cream smells.. well, fresh. It smells mildly of cucumbers at first, but smells like rubber after it's patted and absorbed into the skin. How odd is that? Perhaps the product and my body's chemical makeup don't complement each other.

Again, I have no particular feelings toward this box. I will be cancelling after February's bb.

Though quite (no, very) late.. I'm saying it anyways: Happy New Year!!! It's already been 13 days into the new year.. did anyone break their New Years resolutions yet?! Haha -- if you did, don't be too disheartened. Keep in mind that when we set resolutions, we strive for perfection.. which is humanly impossible! Just don't totally fall off the wagon, if you know what I mean ;)

In any case.. I just wanted to quickly share my daily concealer/foundation routine.

FYI, I'm very low maintenance when it comes to makeup.. especially because I don't have much time to spare in the mornings.

I only wear minimal concealer/powder/foundation, eyeliner, and mascara.. but in no way does this imply that I don't need full makeup! I would love to do a more completed look, but I just don't have time, you know? (I lie.. I do have time, but I'd rather spend it sleeping in a bit more haha!)

But for now, I'm content with my current concealer/foundation routine. It's enough to conceal my stubborn dark circles (thanks, mom!) and mute the shine on my oily skin.

Oh, by the way, these are all drugstore products. WOOT WOOT for affordable makeup!

Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Treatment Concealer in Brightener (60) and Neutralizer (50)

It's really quite simple. I use these two shades to effectively conceal my dark purple under eye circles (thanks to 8 am calculus class and, of course, genetics). I begin with a light-handed dab of the brightener, which I blend with either my ring finger or a concealer brush. This is followed by the neutralizer, which blends into my light/medium yellow-toned skin quite well. If I put an excess of the neutralizer I'd just pull it down my cheeks, which is fine when blended out evenly. In fact, I'd recommend you do this as it is quite effective in covering enlarged pores!

Here, I'm showing you the relative size of the concealer bottle. It contains 6.0 mL of product, which is quite typical for drugstore concealers. I paid $6.00+ for each on Amazon Prime (while it's close to $10.00 in my local drugstore). Online shopping RULES!

The Age Rewind concealers are great as they don't settle into fine lines! This is very important for the under eye area. There have been complaints about the "non-sanitary" sponge-tip applicator, but in all honesty I don't have a problem with it since I know I'm using the product only with clean hands and/or face.

CoverGirl Clean Pressed Powder Compact in Buff Beige (525) and Aquasmooth in Buff Beige (725)

I don't know what's up with the numbering.. but either way I'm in the shade Buff Beige for both products during the winter, while I'm a shade or two darker during the summer. Unlike the concealers, I had to purchase the powder/foundations in store just in case I bought them in the wrong shade (most drugstores have wonderfully lenient policies for cosmetic returns, but I found RiteAid to be the easiest to return to and/or exchange).

When open, the shade of the pressed powder vs. the aquasmooth is ALARMINGLY different. As is, the pressed powder looks a little too light for my skin while the aquasmooth looks way way wayyy too dark! But don't be fooled as the powder does oxidize to a certain extent.. and the aquasmooth is just deceivingly dark in the pan. When applied, they indeed are the same shade (the aquasmooth Buff Beige does have a slight gray overcast.. but I don't mind it too much since I set it with the powder).

I do have sensitive, oily skin and both products work beautifully on me! There's not much to say about the aquasmooth foundation as many beauty gurus and amateurs alike have already raved about the product! The pressed powder works great in the oil-control department.

Like I said, I'm very low maintenance.. so I don't like doing touch ups.

I wear a primer underneath it all (refer back to my skincare routine post to see which primer I use!) so I don't really need to do touch ups. When my t-zone gets a bit oily throughout the day, I just blot with oil sheets.

And there you have it -- my easy breezy concealer/foundation routine! Take note, I don't wear the aquasmooth everyday (and especially not for nights out since it contains titanium dioxide, which gives the white "moonface" cast for flash photography). All in all, this routine takes me 3 minutes TOPS. I use the next 2 minutes or less to sweep on eyeliner and mascara. How easy is that?!

Hope you enjoyed the post and found it informative. Good luck to you and all your beauty endeavors!

Stay warm and beautiful <3

Great news! My December bb came before January.. what a pleasant surprise! To be exact, it came on the 22nd but I just didn't have time to post until now.. tehe.

Another pleasant surprise was that they completely made-over the products of my initial bb. I'm not one to complain, especially since the previous box had 4 out of 5 items I knew I wouldn't even bother trying.

So here is my December bb.. I don't know what # box this is, sorry!
Nonetheless, enjoy :)
Here is a more detailed review on the Juice Beauty CC Cream --

CC, abbreviations for "color correcting" or "color control", cream is a 12-in-1 multitasker much like the BB cream but better (or so they say). Currently there are only two shades made by Juice Beauty which are Natural Glow and Warm Glow. I got the sample in Warm Glow.

First of all, it was nice to know that Juicy Beauty was an all-natural, organically rooted company with certified organic products. After all, who would want to slab pesticides on their face?

I opened the product and was overwhelmed by the fruity-earthy scent of the CC cream. I'm very particular about fragrances in make-up or skin care, even more so if it's a face product. Immediately I knew I wouldn't want to put this cream on my face because of the strong fragrance (and it's not even pleasant! I know it's odd, but the scent reminds of Froot Loops).

I tested a tiny dallop of product on the back of my hand, as you can see below:

I blended out the product and found that the tint Warm Glow was a bit too orange and dark for my light yellow-toned skin. Natural Glow may be more suitable for my skin tone. Also, I noticed the coverage was quite sheer as you can still see my blue veins through the CC cream. Consistency-wise, the product was not too easily spread out (non-water based I think). Think BB creams but a tad thicker. It wasn't drying, but it wasn't hydrating either.

All in all, I gave the CC cream 2 out of 5 due to it's off putting scent, small range of available shades, too-sheer of a coverage, and thick consistency. Would I use it on my face? Unfortunately, I don't think I'd risk it.

Here is the card of the product list, in case you wanted to read the descriptions.

Overall, I was content with this bb and thought it was worth it with the full-size lip gloss and fortune cookie alone. I was also glad I got to try out CC cream (though Juice Beauty disappointed me).

How was your December bb? I'm jealous of those who got the mini-vaporizer this month! I could really use one of those..

Stay warm and beautiful 0:)

It's that time of the month! No, I'm not talking about mother nature's gift -- I'm talking about ipsy and birchbox! *insert applause*

But before anything, bad news.. birchbox fooled me and said my box was shipped around a week ago. Then 2 days ago, they send me a second e-mail apologizing for a delay on my December birchbox :(! Though I was compensated with +100 bb points (the equivalent of $10 credit when purchasing full sized items from birchbox), I must say I'm pretty disheartened as I was looking forward to trying the Juice Beauty CC Cream.. (yes, I took a peak at my box. nothing else I'm really excited for, unfortunately).

I did, however, get my ipsy bag around a week ago. I didn't post earlier, thinking my birchbox would come sooner..
This month's theme is "Haute Holiday". The glam bags (yes, ipsy still calls them glam bags) from the past 2 months were both holiday party themed -- I personally don't go out enough to wear such bold looks on a regular basis but I guess they're fun additions to my growing makeup collection :)
I just had to share this, as December's ipsy makeup bag is my favorite thus far. It lacks the narrow structuring of the previous bags, the gray color is highly versatile, and the material is very nice and of high quality (feels like silk)! I just might make use of this month's bag after all :)
I'm excited to use this highlighter product! It seems very convenient (compared to liquid or compact formulations) as you use it once and discard it. I'll be going out next week after finals, so I'll see how this product looks on camera :)!
I received the color Mink Pearl (described as "pale gold" from the NYX website) in my glam bag, and BOY WAS I GLAD! My skin has heavy yellow undertones, thus pink or silver pearly products don't necessarily flatter me. This product is great as inner corner highlights for the eyes. It's highly pigmented and the powder is so fine that it actually floats as opposed to falling.. how cool is that!
I haven't used this yet as I already have face and eye primers that I use regularly. While I'm content with the products I use currently, I'll give the Mirabella Prime a try whenever I'm feeling more experimental with my makeup :).
Can you say this lipgloss is BOLD much?! It's a gorgeous true red color, but I'm not your typical bold lip type of gal... so I may use it like a tint, but all over the lips would be an overkill (for me, that is).
Ah. The most anticipated product in this month's glam bag! The Urban Decay 24/7 liner is well spoken of in the beauty industry. I already had the full-size product from a previous purchase, but won't complain about a lil' extra! The one ipsy sent was a "deluxe" size liner (0.8 g), as you can see the size difference between it and the full size (1.2 g) from the picture above.

Overall Rating: YAY IPSY! You've completely won me over 3 months straight!!! I'll be honest, I'm not the easiest person to impress. BUT I'm highly impressed by both the quality and quantity of product we receive from ipsy for just $10/month. I promise you, whatever you're doing now, you're doing right ipsy.

My next post will be when my December birchbox finally arrives (I'm afraid it could be as delayed as much next year)..

In the meanwhile, keep warm and beautiful!

Here are just some tips & tricks I use throughout my skincare routine:

While I use only a dime-size amount of facewash, I make it worthwhile and really clean my face inch-by-inch, pore-by-pore! I invest a good 3-5 minutes every morning/night rubbing the goodness into my face.

I try not 'touching' my face when washing off the facewash; rather, I shape my hands like a bowl, collect some lukewarm water (be warned: hot water is VERY bad for the skin -- has aging effects), and gently sweep off the bubbles with the water and minimal touching.

I always rinse my face with very cold water at the end. Not only is it invigorating, but it's also great at constricting pores!

Air dry your face if you can! If not, pat dry with a face-only towel.

Take a piece of ice cube (you may want to hold it with a tissue as it can get very cold), and glide it all over your face till it melts. You will literally feel your pore constrict to nothingness. This apparently is a Korean celebrity-favorite skincare secret!

Immediately trap the moisture with a facial spray (I use the Eau Thermale Spring Water by Avene).

When applying products, take a 30 second break between each product, allowing for full absorption of each in the order you apply.
Face-oil is the 'it' item in the beauty industry today for its cleansing and hydrating properties -- though I don't use one (yet), you can mix a tiny droplet with your foundation for a cleaner, flake-less finish!Karrieshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10630062537960575980noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3772579230822808070.post-11301540567307149142012-11-14T16:43:00.001-05:002012-11-15T01:10:54.806-05:00November 2012 ipsy & birchboxWOOT WOOT two posts in a day!

I received my ipsy bag last night and bb this morning -- and, of course, couldn't wait to share them with you! I already took a sneak peek at this month's items -- while ipsy got me totally hyped, bb was a HUGE letdown. I now truly understand what people mean about bb being a hit or miss.. October's box was awesome, while November's box I wouldn't have missed even if it got lost in transaction.

Anyways, to start, here are my November ipsy goodies! This month's theme is "Party Perfect" - quite appropriate with all the upcoming holiday parties!

This month's bag is a dark brown nylon fabric bag with a patent trim and gold-toned zipper. It's extremely cheap looking/feeling (you hear paper crackling when you open the bag.. so odd), so I won't be using it. It also has a pungent chemical odor that I find appalling. Fortunately, I don't care much for the bag -- just the content inside of it!

This is the first of two full-sized products in this month's bag. It's a classic wooden eyeliner - well pigmented but has a dry consistency (I'm a bit hesitant about using this on my eyelids, as my skin is extremely sensitive).

Defining Eyebrow Gel by Chella

The "or" item I received was the eyebrow gel by Chella, which I am utterly ecstatic about! Being the mascara fiend that I am, I really didn't need another added to the collection. Eyebrow gel, on the other hand, is a totally new product for me. This eyebrow gel is clear and works quite well at maintaining loose strands here and there -- so far so good!

Nail Lacquer in Millionaire by Nailtini

Adorable packaging and name! The color is also a big plus as I don't own anything like it - a clear base with rectangular blue-green hologram strands, rectangular gold strands, and gold microglitter. The polish is literally chock full of glitter and holograms that one layer is enough to get the appropriate effect on your nails. My only issue with the polish is the vapor it emits - it's a lot more acrid and harsh than that of higher-end polish brands like OPI and Essie. In fact, the 'flammable' sign proves unnecessary as it clearly smells volatile! :(

Marvelous Moxie Lipgloss by bareMinerals

The bareMinerals lipgloss definitely lived up to my expectations and beyond -- I got it in the shade "Dare Devil" and it's absolutely scrumptious looking for the fall! I just dab a bit on the inner part of my lips (almost like a tint) to get a subtle color and gloss. Though not mentioned, I feel it has a plumping effect on the lips. At contact, it feels tingly and tastes mint/berry-like.

So sorry -- it's been long overdue! I've finally come about to share my trick to rosacea "treatment" as well as my day-to-day skincare routine!

First off, let me start by identifying my skin tone/type: I'm of Asian (specifically, Korean) descent and have a light to natural beige skin tone. I have a combination-oily skin type during the spring/summer and a true combination during the fall/winter (oily T-zone, but extremely dry elsewhere). I also have a very common skin condition called rosacea (hereditary in origin). Though I don't suffer from any blatant or acute symptoms - like pustules or a bulbous nose - I have frequent flare-ups of flushed cheeks often accompanied by minor cystic acne and small "skin-bumps". Moreover, the condition makes my skin extremely sensitive to, well, EVERYTHING.

All in all, my skin doesn't love me nor do I love it.

Till recently, I've only used certain Korean mid/high-end skincare products that I found to work on my skin type. For those of you who are unfamiliar, Korea is very well reputed in the beauty industry in creating quality and affordable products.

Unfortunately, I reside in the States where it's difficult to gain access to the products I need when I need them! So I did some research on the web, trying to figure out if there were products made in the US (or elsewhere) that also may work for my sensitive, unruly skin.

Through trial-and-error (and much sorrow on my wallet's end), I finally constructed a daily skincare routine that not only works for my skin type, but also treats my rosacea to a certain extent!

Best of all, I could purchase any of these products whenever I please (unlike my Korean skincare products.. which I still love)!

I'll go in day-to-night order, explaining the product details throughout:

Care Zone "Clarifying Foam Cleanser" by Isa Knox

Alright, so I lied. This is the only product in my routine that I can't repurchase in the States even if I wanted to. It's a mild acne foam facewash that I had my mom buy all the way from Korea. It smells awesome and doesn't contain any strong astringents (which my lovely rosacea harshly acts up to). I honestly don't know which facewash I'll be getting after this product, but that's a worry for later. Fortunately, I'm not too particular about facewash.

"Lotion Tonique" Toning Lotion for Combo/Oily Skin by Clarins

Toners are a different story. I am very particular in choosing a toner, and rightfully so because I can't use those that contain alcohol. Through trial-and-error, I found that this toner works best for my skin type. After a thorough washing, I put a generous amount of toner on a round cotton pad and wipe my entire face.

Prosacea

After prepping my skin with toner, I relax my irritated rosacea with this miracle gel. This product is the true hail mary to my rosacea woes! It immediately soothes the texture of my skin (significant improvement with the "skin-bumps") and decreases the overall redness of my cheeks, nose, and forehead. I wear the gel both day and night.

"Be Bright" Gift Set by Origins

Once the gel settles in, I use either of two sets of products - the first set consists of my Origins Mega-Bright serum, followed by Brighter By Nature SPF 35 moisturizer, and GinZing eye cream.

"Idealist" Even Skintone Illuminator and "DayWear" SPF 15 Creme by Estee Lauder

Whenever I'm not "feeling" the Origins line, I switch it up with my Estee Lauder daycare products. Though I whole-heartedly adore both companies (slight tangent: they're sister brands I believe!), I must say I generally prefer my Origins day wear for two reasons:

I prefer the light, more natural scent of the Origins products over the more mature and heavily fragranced Estee Lauder products.

Both serums 'brighten' and 'illuminate' to my liking, but the Origins moisturizer is a lot lighter and less oily feeling than the Estee Lauder day creme (to be fair the EL is a "creme", not a regular moisturizer).

"Span" Tone Correcting Base and "Face it" Primer by The Face Shop

Both of these products are used to prep my face for any type of make up. The correcting base is a green color that helps conceal my 'flushed' complexion and the primer is, well, a primer. I could live without the correcting base, but the primer is much needed on an oil-controlling basis. The primer does consist of silicon (which some people are put off by), but no parabens. And neither products irritate my sensitive skin, despite the heavy floral fragrances (it's a signature scent of The Face Shop).

After a long day of make up, school, work, and errands, I need a good cleansing as a pick-me-up. Whilst relaxing and watching TV, I'd pop this bad boy open and rub it into my face until the cream turns clear. I then wipe the oil off my face with Kleenex and give it a thorough wash with the Isa Knox facewash.

IMPORTANT: Don't forget to close your pores with ice-cold water!

My Nightcare Products

After a pat-dry, I repeat my morning routine of toning my face with the Clarins toner and applying Prosacea gel. Once the gel is absorbed, I use the very well known brown miracle-in-a-bottle that is the EL Advanced Night Repair serum. I use the serum with its synchronized Night Repair eye cream. Though I've been using the ANR serum for only 3 months or so, I can already promise by it -- I'd never ever go to bed without this generously slathered on my face. That just cannot and will not happen!

Ultra Facial Cream by Kiehl's

I wait a good 5 to 10 minutes for all the serum and eye cream goodness to settle into my skin. Afterwards, I'd hydrate my skin with this ultra skin-quenching cream by Kiehl's. This is another very well known product, though admittingly some people dislike it for the parabens it contains. I personally feel the pros outweigh the cons when it comes to this cream. Though it can be used for both day and night, it's a bit too heavy for daytime use.

Using all these products on a day-to-day basis proves to work for me.. And honestly I'm glad I finally settled with a routine, especially after all the testing and money-spending I've done in finding the perfect skincare products!

Hi there!

I'll be delaying my rosacea treatment and skin care post I've been anticipating to share..

Because I've received my first ipsy and birchbox orders (monthly beauty sample subscription boxes for those of you who don't know) and I am totally psyched that I signed up for both companies!!

I received my ipsy box first (around 2 days ago) so I'll be reviewing that first --

Seeing the bright pink bubble package made my heart skip a beat, only because I wasn't expecting it so soon (I've heard most people receive their bags later in the month)!

The brainchild and collective effort of many YouTube beauty gurus (including Michelle Phan), myglam is a well known beauty sample subscription service ($10/month). Perhaps due to it's somewhat notorious(?) rep in terms of customer care and quality control, it recently had a makeover to ipsy, but I feel the content is kept practically the same...

In any case, this month's theme is "Hello, bombshell"! Side-note: Couldn't help but realize it's a familiar phrase I've heard a lot from Victoria's Secret when they released their bombshell bra.. lol

I got a total of 5 beauty items and an adorable black-and-white zig-zag patterned makeup pouch! The products weren't a total surprise, as most ipsy bags are pretty much the same...

Couture Colour Pequi Oil Treatment (15 mL/0.5 fl oz)

Coastal Scents Eyeshadow Sample Set 4 (2 g/0.07 oz)

Mirenesse Lip Bomb Glossy Laquer Stain in #9 (FULL SIZE 3.1 g/0.11 oz)

Be A Bombshell Eyeliner in Onyx (FULL SIZE 3 mL/0.1 oz)

The Balm "The Body Builder" Mascara (3.5 mL/0.11 fl oz)

I have to say.. I'm honestly impressed with my first ipsy bag. No product really disappointed - in fact, I'm excited to try all of them! The laquer stain color I received, to my luck, is quite flattering on my skin tone (Asian medium-light skin), but I think it's more of a spring/summer type of color... But all in all, YAY!

The October birchbox was also an unexpected surprise (my birchbox didn't even have tracking info) which I received earlier today!

The box itself was a normal birchbox box, though I opted for the goop + birchbox collaboration.

But alas! The inside is filled with goop must-try goodies!
Again, I'm quite content with my birchbox this month. Here is a list of what I got (for reference, this is Box 1):

Essie "Power Clutch" Nail Laquer Vernis (FULL SIZE 13.5 mL/0.46 fl oz)

Joanna Vargas Daily Serum (5 mL)

Kiehl's Orange Flower and Lychee Body Cleanser (65 mL/2.2 fl oz)

Naked Princess Luscious Lip Gloss in Barely Coco (0.25 g/0.008 oz)

LUNA Fiber Chocolate Raspberry (FULL SIZE 7 g)

The Kiehl's body cleanser is a deluxe sample size, which I am delighted about! It smells very pleasant as well - floral with bright citrus and sweet undertones. I'm willing to try this, though I would've preferred the body lotion sample over the cleanser (just sayin').

The Essie nail polish was definitely what put me head-over-heels this birchbox! Not only is the color an absolute stunner green-gray that is perfect for the cold weather (which I lack in my nail polish collection), but it's a full size product! YAY for quality nail polish that I'm actually going to use!

I couldn't help but be (just a wee bit) disappointed by the sizes of these samples.. but again, I've come to realized they're called samples for a reason. Though I've never heard of Joanna Vargas, I'm willing give her serum a try as it claims to brighten and glowify your skin. The lip gloss I'm a bit iffy about, only because the color (Barely Coco) isn't suitable for my skin tone... OH WELL!

Lastly, the LUNA Fiber bar.. I'm looking forward to trying it as I've never tried before (I'm not a big believer of meal substitutions). Sounds like it'd taste good - chocolate raspberry? YUM!

Though I would've LOVED a sample of a Chantecaille lip or eye product (a new collabo with birchbox I was looking forward to).. I'm pleased overall that I took the initiative in trying both services. Both boxes were an absolute hit for me and I'm psyched to try all these new products! And all of this for $20? If that's not a steal, I don't know what is!

Stay beautiful!

Hope you're having a great week so far! I just wanted to share my recent drugstore purchase + what may be the ultimate beauty deal of the week!!!

To start off, this is what I got from my local Rite Aid today (September 25, 2012):

Maybelline Great Lash Mascara!

1. "Lots of Lashes" in Blackest Black

2. "Waterproof Hydrofuge" in Very Black

To my understanding, this legendary line of Maybelline mascaras can either swoon you into fandom or mildly disappoint -- and I am the former, a complete and utter fanatic of the Great Lash line, ever since I've laid hands on make up!

I was first recommended the product by a professional make up artist (personal story: she's the one who did my high school prom make up years and years ago!). And though I've strayed away now and again, I always ended coming back to this pink and green tube of sheer lash perfection!

Great Lash "Lots of Lashes"

The first Great Lash mascara I got is the "Lots of Lashes" in Blackest
Black. I personally am I huge fan of very black mascara, so I'm
drawn to buying the darkest tone available. This would be the 3rd
mascara I've purchased from the "Lots of Lashes" collection. The fact that I've repurchased it THRICE already hints at my adoration of this line of mascara!

To get right into the nitty-gritty of it..

THE PROS:

The Great Lash formula hasn't changed from the Original -- non-flaky, visibly moist, and heavily pigmented.

The "new" and unique applicator allows you to reach EVERY SINGLE lash, even those you never knew you had (especially the inner corner of your eyes)!

Also the rubber applicator is practical in separating lashes -- I've rarely had clumping problems.

Voluminous results never disappoint.

THE CON(?):

Occasionally the mascara would smudge after a long arduous day. Frankly speaking, no way is this a viable con though... only because the mascara never sold itself as a waterproof product!

Hence, the reason why I bought the second mascara --

Great Lash "Waterproof Hydrofuge"

My plan is to coat the "Lots of Lashes" with this waterproof one to prevent the ever so slight mishap I had with it!

Now, HERE'S THE REAL JUICY PART OF THE POST -- I bought both mascaras for a mere $3.38 (+ tax)! Can you believe this incredible deal?!

So how did I do it?
WELL to start off, Rite Aid is currently have a BOGO 50% for all Maybelline cosmetics. That honestly was enough to get me buying two mascaras.
But to my luck, all $15+ Maybelline purchases comes with $5 +UP Rewards (which is the equivalence to money I can spend in Rite Aid)! What's even weirder is that I didn't purchase $15 worth of cosmetics, yet I got the +UP Rewards!!!

$8.38 for two mascaras - $5 +UP Rewards = $3.38!

I personally love to shop at drugstores, and especially Rite Aid because it's less than a block away from home! I'll be using the +UP Rewards in no time :)

So ladies, if you have a Rite Aid nearby RUN and GRAB some lash-lovin' Maybelline mascara! It's seriously a deal to die for (in my opinion).

Hope you have a great week & look forward to another beauty RANT/RAVE by your one and only.

HINT: My next anticipated post will be on more high-end products. It has to do with skin care (and rosacea treatment)!

Before I begin, I do want to express my disappointment in that my first formal post is NOT about beauty products :(. Fact of the matter is, I just got this incredible package in the mail that I just HAD to share with you..! Are you anticipating this haul as much as I am?!

I'm sure by now you've all heard of the subscription site called 'Little Black Bag'! I won't go into full detail of how it works (it's really quite not comparable to any other existing subscription service).. but in essence:

You pay $49.95 a month for a "bag" full of 3-4 accessory items like handbags, jewelry, sunglasses, home goods, and makeup (most are well-known name brands). The total retail value is guaranteed to be $100+. Apparently the rare 1~2% get lucky with a $200+ retail valued bag!

You can swap your items with fellow LBB subscribers for 7 whole days!

Be patient and persistent with the swapping game -- chances are you'll end up with an amazing bag with awesome-r items that are worth way more than your initial bag!

By the way, this is my first LBB haul.. so you can imagine my excitement when the package came in the mail! (For me, it took approximately a week and a half to arrive.)

As you can see, my LBB wasn't little at all! The package was probably the biggest I've received EVER.. it literally came up to my waist! I guess one box wasn't big enough -- they fused two into one humongous monster box.

This is one item I couldn't (and didn't) give up! Say, a purple glitter wristlet shaped like a heart? UM.. HECK YEAH!!! Deux Lux is a great brand for quality, but affordable wallets and handbags imo. I first saw UO carry them.. and recently at Nordstrom! My only issue with the pouch: it's extremely flat. I can barely squeeze my iPhone in.. Knowing that, idk if she's a keeper no more :'<

+ FYI, these wristlets were trading up like hot cakes! It was fun having it in my bag -- I've gotten trades for items way more than twice the retail of the pouch, but I stayed put (perhaps I shouldn't have, aha)!
Rachel Reinhardt - Turquoise Tassel Earrings

$60 Retail

I knew these earrings wouldn't fail me! These drop-dead gorgeous pyrite veined turquoise gold tassel earrings were what drew me to LBB in the first place. Did I open my bag with these -- no. But I'm adamant enough to know what I want and get what I want! So I persistently traded for 'em -- tehe :). They're surprisingly light weight and SO pretty on!! Can go both ways -- casual and/or dressy.

Total LBB Haul Retail: $203

Not too bad for a first haul, eh? I've seen some incredible haul blogs and videos on yt.. But I am totally satisfied with mine (especially knowing that I actually wanted all the items I got)!

I must say though aside from the haul, the LBB swapping shenanigan is extremely addicting and fun -- seriously an experience like no other! For the whole week, I'd check my bag first thing in the morning to see if my trades were accepted and/or if I've received good trades.. lol!

Would I recommend LBB? Absolutely! Again, it's not just about what you get.. but HOW you get it! Half the fun is in the trading -- so if you're thinking to join, stick around all 7 days and take full advantage! Chances are, the longer you stick around, the better bag you'll end up with.

My only advice: PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE. Pursue like a crouching tiger and, just at the right moment, pounce on the item(s) you were eying! There are only so many items on LBB, so what goes around usually comes around :)

Hope you enjoyed my (first official) post! Please leave comments & feedback -- I'd love to hear from you!
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">This space is yet another place for beauty product reviews, rants, and (most importantly) desires! My name is Karries and I'm a fellow beauty enthusiast and blogger. Though 22 years young, I'm very new (quite embarrassingly) to the captivating world of makeup and skin care.. but I'm eager to share my fancy for the fascinating fabrication that is lip glosses, eye shadow, and mascara!
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">I can't promise that my posts will be the most factually accurate, nor the most grammatically or politically correct. But I can promise that everything I write will be 100% genuinely and attentively my very OWN opinion.
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">My intentions are for you, the reader, to benefit from my reviews on certain beauty products -- by and by, to become a proactive and informed consumer!
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">Yes, we live in a world of he-said/she-said.. so ultimately it will be at your dispense to decide on purchasing (or not purchasing) the "it" item of the week/season/year. But, again, my hopes are help you lessen your regrets. After all, haven't we all dealt (and found disappointment) with the uber expensive, yet unpleasantly gooey mascara that promised killer-length lashes?! I know I certainly have!
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">As it is my first, I will not (quite yet) be doing a beauty review/rant/desire post. But I promise, it's-a-coming!

<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">+ I will take requests for product reviews!
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">+ Time to time, it might not be a product review.. perhaps I'll indulge and share a haul or two ;)
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">+ I am an avid fan of bags and shoes (I utterly adore handbags -- my "babies")! I consider myself somewhat of a bag snob (haha), so you may see non-beauty related posts as such!

<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">Please look forward to what's up and coming on the Glossy Soiree!
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">Have a beauteous day (YEEP I'm still working on my signature!),
